excellent view friendly staff much noise close rooms
The location IS amazing. It is right across from the Riverwalk, so the views were excellent. The front desk staff proved very friendly and helpful. They were great.
My neighbors made MUCH noise. The rooms seem too close together. This aspect was disappointing.

kind staff nespresso machine gorgeous view
The staff was very kind. Their service included warm smiles. amenities included a nespresso machine inside the room and filtered water with to-go bottles available in the halls. warm blankets were delivered to the door. This was a total surprise. the river view from the room was gorgeous.
unloading and loading luggage was tedious. the unloading zone experienced chaos, and the garage was offsite.

The room included a king bed with soft, quality linens. a large, tv offered many channels. the bathroom included fluffy towels and premium toiletries. We appreciated the ample counter space.

I appreciated the free coffee machine on the second floor. It was a great service. the hotel's location was convenient. the staff was helpful . Easy check-in and check-out processes were nice.
i found it inconvenient that i couldn't connect my phone to the tv. the casting option was not functional. there wasn't another way to stream netflix or other services onto the tv.

slow elevator no housekeeping
The elevator service PROVED slow. One of the two elevators was out of service. This resulted in extended wait times to reach my floor. The absence of housekeeping services also disappointed me. I had to request cleaning, and this should be standard.

i appreciated the hotel's location. it is near many restaurants, shops and attractions. i easily walked everywhere. the staff were kind and helpful.
my room did not have a fridge. it also lacked vending machines or a bar. the hotel only offered coffee on the second floor and ice machines.
